Bureau of Event Management
Purpose:
The Bureau of Event Management (BEM) serves as the execution and engagement arm of the Foundation, tasked with organizing high-impact events, medical summits, outreach activities, and professional collaborations. Through meticulously planned programs, the bureau aims to foster visibility, build community trust, and engage stakeholders in meaningful ways aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
Core Services of BEM:
NPHRS Honors Ceremony (Flagship Event)
Annual recognition event celebrating excellence in healthcare, research, and service.
Selection, coordination, and felicitation of honorees.
Venue booking, protocol management, media coverage (in coordination with BGC).
Coordination with CBO for post-event documentation and reporting.
NPHRS Regional Meetings
Organized across various regions to discuss localized health issues, policy updates, and research findings.
Engagement with regional stakeholders, public health officials, and medical students.
Coordination with the Bureau of Research and Development for presentation of research surveys and data.
Preparation of regional impact reports submitted to CBO.
Health Outreach Activities
Execution of free health check-up camps, mental health awareness drives, rural screenings, and community engagement programs.
Collaboration with local hospitals, NGOs, and municipal health authorities.
Post-activity documentation and media visibility via BGC.
Data collection forwarded to BRD for health research surveys and reports.
Engagement of Medical Professionals
Creation of panels, workshops, mentorship networks, and guest speaker sessions involving healthcare experts.
Volunteer recruitment and coordination for events.
Medical student engagement opportunities via internships and fieldwork during events.
Professional development certifications (in coordination with CBO).
Event Logistics & Coordination
End-to-end event planning including budgeting, travel and accommodation, audio-visual setup, registration, and hospitality.
Risk assessment and contingency planning.
Coordination with vendors, partners, and on-site teams.
