1. Introduction
Welcome to the Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation (referred to as “the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in our services, programs, website (www.indo-american.org), and events—whether conducted online or in person.
By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable guidelines issued by the Foundation.

The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (India).

3. Use of Website & Services

You may use our website and services only for lawful and intended purposes.

4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, logos, designs, and initiatives—including but not limited to NPHRS, MARS, H2H, F.I.A.H.S.H, F.I.A.H.O.H, and F.I.A.H.R.H —are the exclusive intellectual property of the Foundation.
Any use, duplication, or derivative creation without explicit written consent is prohibited.
5. Program Participation (Events, Fellowships, Honors)
Eligibility

Participation is open only to individuals who meet published criteria.

Submission of false information or forged documents will result in disqualification and legal consequences.
Nominations & Selections

Nominations are reviewed by an impartial board and evaluated through our Centralized Credit Score (CCS) system.

Selection is based on merit, contributions, and alignment with program objectives.
Verification Requirements

All honorees (Provisional or Full Fellows) must complete manual Government ID verification, geo-tagged photography, and biometric fingerprint registration in person.

Biometric devices will be installed at NPHRS regional and national venues. Attendance punch-in is mandatory.
🔐 Data collected is strictly for in-person identity verification and event security. Public disclosures (if any) will be anonymized and masked in accordance with privacy law.
Fees & Refunds

Participation or recognition fees are non-refundable, except in cases of double payment or event cancellation by the Foundation.

Payment does not guarantee selection. Any waivers or concessions are at the Foundation’s discretion.
6. Mental Health Helpline Disclaimer (MARS)
Mental Assistance Response Service (MARS) is a non-emergency youth mental health support helpline for individuals aged 12–30 years.
Services include:

Free 1-hour support sessions (30 mins active listening + 30 mins case-based guidance)

Conversations facilitated by certified youth mental health professionals

Available in English and Hindi
⚠️ MARS is not a substitute for emergency services or clinical psychiatric care. The Foundation does not accept liability for health outcomes following MARS interactions.
7. About H2H – Hospital to Home
🏥 H2H – Hospital to Home is a flagship community-based healthcare model by the Foundation. It is designed to:

Provide clinical continuity through home-based care post-discharge

Enhance comfort and convenience for patients and caregivers

Deliver medical, diagnostic, and rehabilitative services at home, especially in rural, semi-urban, and resource-limited settings
Unlike typical home care, H2H is not intended for cost-saving alone, but to preserve compassion, dignity, and medical integrity outside of the hospital setting.
H2H is integrated with teleconsultation, digital monitoring, and on-ground field teams, operating under the Foundation’s holistic care principles.
8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All data is collected and managed in line with Indian data protection laws.

Personal and biometric information is encrypted and used strictly for program participation and verification purposes.

9. Right to Information (RTI)

The Foundation reserves the right to deny requests that fall outside its obligations under the RTI Act.
10. Dispute Resolution
All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Where possible, disputes may be resolved via arbitration or mutual understanding.
11. Code of Conduct
All participants, volunteers, and partners must:

Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or misinformation

Violators may be removed from events, disqualified from honors, or face legal action
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
